Review provided by Read Between the Wines bookclub:
Lesley Pearce has researched her subject thoroughly, with a great deal of historical fact woven into the story, which is true to that time of the Gold Rush. It is a saga of great proportions which all Lesley Pearce followers will love.
Review provided by Olivia:
It is a page turning, find an excuse to read story. It held you captive from the first page, sending you on an amazing journey from Europe to America. It made you feel as if you were one with the characters and followed the romance and hardships of Gypsy. It is definitely not a standard historical romance and was filled with true to life drama and not the usual fairy tale romance. One of the best books I have read in years.
