Breast Cancer Awareness
This is getting to know the feel and look of your breasts so that you notice any change in them.
Changes can be anything from nipple discharge or change in nipple shape, obviously a lump, redness , tender area or a dent in the breast.
You should stand in front of a mirror and look at your boobs with your arms above your head as well as at your sides. You should then examine your boobs and under your arms by feeling for any unusual lumps, tenderness or dents.
This should be done ideally a week after your period has stopped.
Come on moms, we need to do this. It can happen to us.
